How to Set a low Airtime Warning
Rapidnet's UC PBX service is billed monthly, while phone calls are paid for through a prepaid balance, giving you full control over your call expenses. To help you manage your balance more effectively, you can set a low balance warning. This feature ensures you receive an email or SMS notification when your balance drops below a preset threshold, so you can top up before running out of credit. Be sure to set this to a value that will give you time to top up without impacting your business's ability to make calls.
Click on "Set Low Balance Alert"
Then enter a value that you would like to be alerted at, i.e. if the balance drops below this level you will get an email and SMS warning you.
Once you have set your value, be sure to click "Set"
Now if your balance drops below R250 you will get a warning SMS and eMail
