Topping up your Rapidnet Home Voice account.
If you have run low on airtime for your home VoIP account you can top your account up by logging into the My Rapidnet Portal.
When you log in you will see the below option. You may have more than 1 number listed and each number can be topped up individually.

By selecting the number you would like to top up you will see your current balance and under the words Top UP you will see a block where you can add the amount you would like to add to your account as top up airtime. simply add a value 100 as an example for R100 then click the green Top up button. This will generate an invoice then you can then pay using one of our payment methods including Debit / Credit Card, EFT, 1Voucher and more.

Setting a Low Balance Warning
You can also set a low balance reminder when your account is created it will automatically be set to R50, in the example below we change this to R25, When your balance drops below the limit you will receive an email and SMS letting you know.
