These maintenance windows typically last a few minutes and occur a few times a year when servers may require a reboot. We notify our hosting clients via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled maintenance to minimise any inconvenience. Additionally, all maintenance and outages will be listed on the Network Status Page for your reference.
Hardware Failure and Redundancy
While rare, hardware failures may occur, leading to outages or performance issues. However, our hosting services utilise virtual servers that are capable of seamlessly migrating from one physical hardware to another, minimising downtime.
